- Suckling Pig...Juicy, tender, crispy skin but hard head.
- Shark Fin's soup...Tasty, with soft Scallops and crunchy prawns, nice
- Sea Cucumber with moss...Delicious, fascinating
- Roast Chicken...Not really what I expected
- Steamed Patin(Fish)...Yummy, No bones
- Longevity Noodles...One of the best
- Sticky Cake...Traditional
- Almond Paste with Black Sesame Balls...Almond paste goes quite well
