There is a stall that sells Fried Kway Teow at Telok Ayer Street. It is very delicious and most of the time, there is always a queue. It is open on Sunday and their working hours are from 10 am to 12 pm.(This is a guess) I recommend this place a lot. It is non-halal and is located at Amoy Street Food Centre (Telok Ayer Food Centre) #01-01.
